When will my jacket ship?

Every Warm Ever After jacket is made in our preorder run and ships in 4–6 weeks, then free tracked shipping takes about 1–2 weeks to reach you.

How does the heating work?

Plug a standard USB power bank into the cable in the inside pocket, then press the glowing button on the left chest. Press again to switch between 3 heat levels. Heat pads sit in the chest, back and collar.

Is a power bank included?

No. Any standard USB power bank works.

Is it safe for kids?

Kids' sizes heat gently (about 40 °C max) and switch off automatically. Kids' charms are sewn on, not clip-on, and there are no drawstrings in the kids' hood. Kids' sizes start at 4: we don't make toddler sizes.

What sizes do you have?

Women XS–3XL and Kids 4–14 in every design, so you can match. Between sizes? Size up for room over a hoodie.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Unplug and take out the power bank and heater, then machine-wash the shell cold on a gentle cycle and let it air-dry.

Do the princess parts come off?

Yes. The Glass Slipper tulle peplum zips off and the Enchanted Rose capelet detaches, so it also works as an everyday puffer.
