This store is operated by Warm Ever After. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars unless your local currency is displayed. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund you in full if we do.

Products

We do our best to show products accurately; colours and finish may vary slightly between screens and from the photos. Follow the care, washing and heating instructions included with your jacket. Always remove the power bank before washing. Children should use the heated jacket with adult supervision, and the power bank is not included.

Preorders

Warm Ever After jackets are preorders. Your order ships within 4 to 6 weeks of the day you order. You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.

Returns and warranty

Every order has our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy. Customers who purchase the 1 Year Warranty receive a free replacement for covered defects.

Warm Ever After is an independent brand. Our fairytale-inspired designs are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any film studio or other rights holder.

Limitation of liability
