30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you and your little princess to love your Warm Ever After jacket. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for your money back.
How to get a refund
- Send us your order number through our contact form within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll reply with the return address. Send the jacket back unworn and unwashed, with its heater, cable and any detachable parts, in its original packaging where possible.
- Once it arrives, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Wrong size?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll swap it for another size. Return shipping for size swaps is paid by the customer.
Damaged or faulty items
Arrived damaged, or the heating doesn't work? Send a photo or short video through our contact form within 7 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the faulty one back.
Preorder cancellations
Warm Ever After jackets are preorders. You can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.
Good to know
- Add-ons (Shipping Protection, Order Processing Priority, Express Shipping, 1 Year Warranty, Princess Mystery Gift) are refunded only if your order hasn't shipped yet.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
- Colours and finish may vary slightly from the photos.
